Once you’ve have login to Roommart, click 'I have a room/house', fill up the criteria of your property. The minimal charge is only RM2.95. For more info, please click payment. You can see your potential tenants or roommates under the section 'My Matches'.

Once activated, our 5,000+ active room/house renter will be able to view your listing. Apart from that, you will also be able to see and contact the room/house renter that meet your criteria directly. That's why more and more property managers are using ROOMMART to reach a large local audience of qualified renters.  

Login to Roommart, click 'I need a room' or 'I need a house', fill up the criteria and your preferences. Once completed, you will be directed to 'My Matches', from there, you can see all your matching results such as your potential roommates or landlords.

A notification email will be sent to your personal email address registered with Roommart whenever there are new matching and new emails from potential roommates/tenants/landlords. You can also receive SMS Notification, click here to learn more about SMS Matching Alerts.

Roommart provide 5 payment methods as listed below:

1. SMS Payment – Roommart is tied up with AKN Messaging Technologies BHD, a public listed company as its service provider. Each payment made will be charged to your phone bill from Maxis, Celcom or Digi.
2. Credit Card and Maybank2u – Roommart has authorized Keveally Sdn Bbd to handle its transactions. Keveally is an established E-commerce company handling thousands of US dollars per month from the United States of America.
3. Pay by Cheque or Bank Transfer – Every transaction will be placed under the name of Roommart (M) Sdn Bhd, so there’s no way of going to the wrong hand. 
4. MOL E-Points – These transactions are being handled by MOL AccessPortal Berhad, a public listed company which provides such payment in more than 180 countries worldwide.
