Our goal at Roommart has always been to develop a
proprietary portal that satisfies the needs of the property and construction
industry. Whereby, it is meant to serve the needs of real estate agents,
developers and proprietors. As the application is developed with a compilation
of database from proprietary area, it operates as a convenient engine to assist
in property and roommate searches. This project which is to be funded by Venture
Capital Financing has the potential of using contemporary technology in its
application to produce far-fetched end result. Whereby, the most sophisticated
technology produces the most superb service portal in terms of efficiency,
reliability and comprehensible.
We also provide a community forum for people in search of
roommates to find each other in a way that's clear, easy, and fun. Finding the
right roommates is not simply an endeavor to find people with compatible living
circumstances, it's also essential to find personalities that can
click.
To this end we've developed a profile system that allows a
full portrait to be drawn not only of their living situation but of the unique
qualities that make them who they are. And we've refined our matching technology
to link each user to the roommates with whom they are likely to be the most
compatible.
